Warranty

We take pride in building products designed to handle real travel and tough Australian conditions. All Free Roam Fitouts pre-made kits are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials or workmanship.

This warranty covers issues arising from manufacturing faults under normal use.

The warranty does not cover

• Damage caused by incorrect installation by purchaser

• Normal wear and tear

• Misuse, modification, or improper maintenance

• Damage caused by accidents or external forces

If you experience an issue with your product, please contact our team with photos and your order details. We will assess the issue and work with you to repair, replace, or resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
