We take immense pride in the quality of our craftsmanship and want you to be confident in your setup for your next adventure. If you are not happy with your order, please let us know and we will do our best to work with you to make it right.

1. Faulty or Damaged Items

We aim to provide products of the highest standard. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or not as described:

  • Notification: Please contact us at freeroamfitouts@gmail.com immediately upon receiving the item.

  • Assessment: We may require photos of the damage or defect to help us assess the issue and provide a swift resolution.

  • Remedy: In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, if a product is confirmed to have a major defect, you are entitled to a replacement or a full refund. For minor defects, we may offer a repair or replacement.

2. Change of Mind

Because many of our products (such as Drawer Systems, Camper Kits, and Ute Fit-outs) are made-to-order or customized for specific vehicle models:

  • Custom Fit-outs: We generally cannot accept returns or cancellations for change of mind once production has commenced or the item has been dispatched.

  • Standard Parts: For non-custom accessories, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss potential returns. These must be unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition. Return shipping costs and restocking fees may apply.

3. Final Sale Items

Certain items are marked as Final Sale and are not eligible for return unless they are faulty. This typically includes custom-built cabinetry and items specifically modified to meet unique client requirements.

4. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return or report a problem:

  2. Review: Our team will review your request and provide instructions on the next steps.

  3. Shipping: Unless the item is faulty, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.
